Change is the movement of nature; learning to navigate change in healthy ways is essential to mental health.

Ruth integrates individualized strategies with evidence-based approaches including Adlerian psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to support neurodivergent individuals in trauma-informed ways. This integrated and individualized approach to mental health is accessible to neurodivergent individuals, enabling them to explore and address executive functioning and sensory processing issues, relational communication, interpersonal conflict, self-concept, anxiety and so forth - all of which impact one’s capacity to navigate change in healthy, adaptive ways.

Neurodivergence can make life richer, more colourful and more joyful - let’s go there together!

Ruth believes that people of all neurotypes have the capacity to heal what feels broken in their own lives, and to live more kindly, joyfully and peacefully in relationship with themself and others.

She feels privileged to help neurodivergent individuals improve their ability to manage change through a dynamic balance of:

  • collaborative planning
  • intentional action
  • self-compassion
  • and mindful awareness.
