Neurodiversity-Affirming Psychotherapy

Clinical Pathways to Autistic Mental Health

Provides an accessible, trans-theoretical framework within which mental health clinicians can effectively support autistic/neurodivergent clients to benefit from attachment-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy.

Delivers practical guidance and clinical insight, offering therapists a clear understanding of the mental health issues commonly experienced by autistic/neurodivergent adults, and guiding them and their clients along a robust pathway to autistic mental health.

Need help with cross-neurotype parenting?

Looking to support a client or loved-one?

Seeking psychotherapy?

I specialize in attachment-based therapy for individuals or families with autism/neurodivergence. In any important relationship and at any age, cross-neurotype relationships (where one person is neurotypical and the other neurodivergent) can feel challenging or confusing. I work with neurodivergent individuals of all ages who struggle in relationships with important neurotypicals in their lives.

I hope to create a comprehensive educational hub for parents, educators, and clinicians about autism/neurodivergence and neurodiversity-affirming, attachment-based therapy and teaching.
